Michael and Omar built their careers in hospitality, working across restaurants, hotels, private events, and the Valley’s broader service industry. After years of seeing what makes great guest service work, they built Royal Valet around a simple idea: the people responsible for the experience should be the people involved in delivering it.
Today, that hands-on approach remains at the center of every account — with the owners still involved, still on site, and still focused on getting the details right.

Phoenix/Scottsdale native and ASU W. P. Carey graduate, Omar brings more than a decade of hospitality experience to Royal Valet. He leads the company’s client relationships, growth, and overall direction while staying closely involved in day-to-day operations. His approach is simple: build strong relationships, stay hands-on, and make sure every client receives the level of service Royal Valet promises.
Michael Nelson
COO & Owner
A Scottsdale/Phoenix native, Michael has worked in hospitality and valet since 2013, with experience across hotels, restaurants, and private events. He oversees Royal Valet’s operations, staffing, and on-site execution, ensuring every account is prepared, professional, and guest-ready. His passion for cars and hospitality shows in the attention he brings to every service.
