Service that starts at the curb.
From nightly restaurant service to resort arrivals, weddings, and corporate events, Royal Valet brings the same level of care to every curb.
Valet for busy dining rooms
Royal Valet works as an extension of your front-of-house team — prepared for your busiest arrivals, familiar with your property, and calm when the lot fills up.
- Pre-service briefing — Attendants know your layout and peak windows before doors open.
- Peak-hour coverage — Staffing scales to your busiest nights, not a fixed headcount.
- Guest-first service — Every handoff reflects your restaurant, not just ours.
An arrival experience that reflects your property
Consistent staffing, professional presentation, and close coordination with your hotel team — so every guest’s first and last impression matches your standard.
- Porte-cochère readiness — staffed and ready for check-in surges and group arrivals.
- Property standards — uniform, tone and pace trained to match your brand.
- Guest-first coordination — in step with your front desk and bell team, never working around them.
- Bell & porter service available — so arrival doesn’t end at the curb.
Every arrival, beautifully handled
Omar and Michael walk the venue with you ahead of time, so the team knows the property and parking plan before the first guest arrives. Arrivals stay smooth all night, and departures are coordinated so cars are ready as the evening winds down.
- Pre-event planning — a walkthrough of the venue and parking plan before the date.
- Guest-ready staffing — a uniformed team at the curb before your first guest arrives.
- Smooth departures — cars staged and ready when your guests are ready to leave.
Valet programs built for business
Reliable, scalable service for corporate campuses, conferences, executive events and private functions across Scottsdale, Phoenix and the Valley — scaled to the occasion without losing the personal service.
- Flexible staffing — scaled up or down to match the size of your event.
- Professional presentation — a uniformed team that reflects on your brand.
- Event coordination — planned with your team well before the day.
What comes with the team.
The curb is ours to set up and run. Here’s what that includes, whether it’s one evening or every night of the week.
All the equipment
Podiums, signage, cones, tickets and uniforms arrive with the team — generic branding for one-off events, or your own for an ongoing account. Nothing for you to buy or store.
Paper or digital tickets
Paper claim tickets, or TEZ digital ticketing for accounts that want it. Ticket text can be customized to your venue.
A uniformed team
Black polo or jacket, grey trousers or shorts, belt, black shoes and a name tag — every shift.
Trained before solo shifts
Every attendant is trained thoroughly before working a shift on their own.
A walkthrough first
A site walkthrough is standard for every new account and every event, before the first car arrives.
Parking planned in advance
Most restaurants have dedicated spaces we plan around. Where they don’t, we work with property management to secure them. For some events, golf-cart transport can be arranged at additional cost.
Staffing matched to the night
No fixed headcount. For restaurants we review cover counts and add attendants for the nights that warrant it.
No minimums
No minimum hours or headcount to book us. The more notice you can give, the better.

Common questions, by service.
How much does restaurant valet parking cost in Scottsdale?
Pricing depends on nightly volume, staffing needs, and service hours — most restaurant partners get a custom quote after a quick walkthrough of their space and peak times. Request a quote for exact pricing.
Can Royal Valet take over from our current valet provider?
Yes — transitions are common and typically take just a few days to coordinate staffing, signage, and parking logistics with your existing operations.
How many vehicles can your team handle on a busy night?
Staffing scales to your venue’s volume, from smaller neighborhood spots to high-traffic weekend restaurants — we size the team to your actual demand, not a flat package.
Does Royal Valet handle high-occupancy nights and events?
Yes — staffing flexes with occupancy and event calendars so guest and vehicle volume are covered without long wait times at the curb.
Can valet service run daily, or only for specific events?
Both — hotels and resorts can set up ongoing daily valet, event-only coverage, or a mix of the two depending on property needs.
How far in advance should a hotel or resort book valet service?
Ongoing service can typically start within a couple weeks of signing; event-specific coverage is best booked as soon as dates are confirmed to guarantee staffing.
How far in advance should we book wedding valet parking?
Most couples book 2–3 months out, especially for weekend dates during peak wedding season — earlier is better to guarantee your date.
What happens on the actual event day?
A dedicated team arrives ahead of guest arrival to set up signage and staging, then manages parking and retrieval through the full event window, including departure.
Do you provide valet for private events, not just weddings?
Yes — birthdays, corporate parties, and other private events get the same day-of coordination and staffing as weddings.
Does Royal Valet offer ongoing valet contracts for office buildings?
Yes — ongoing daily or weekly service is available for corporate campuses and office buildings, alongside one-off event coverage.
Can you handle a single corporate event without an ongoing contract?
Yes — one-time events (conferences, client dinners, company parties) can be booked without a standing contract.
What’s included in a corporate valet service quote?
Quotes are based on expected vehicle volume, service hours, and whether coverage is ongoing or event-based — request a quote for specifics.
